Anyone who has heard her speak can attest to the warmth, humor and wealth of practical knowledge she brings to her audiences in her mission to encourage people on life's journey. She is a 2006 recipient of The Old North State Award for dedicated service to the state of North Carolina, where she lives in the Piedmont Triad.
